Sanden Intercool in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Executive to receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods, and to arrange unloading, storage, and labeling in designated warehouse areas.
You will pick, pack, and prepare orders, maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular counts, and collaborate with Sales, Service, Admin, and Logistics to ensure timely deliveries. A forklift license is an advantage; physical fitness and reliability are required.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery orders, and other supporting documents.
Arrange proper unloading, storage, labelling, and allocation of products and spare parts in designated warehouse areas.
Pick, pack, and prepare goods accurately according to sales orders, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update all stock movements, including incoming, outgoing, returned, damaged, and transferred items.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with monthly and annual inventory audits.
Report any stock discrepancy, shortage, damage, or product quality issue immediately to the supervisor or management.
Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Administration, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.
Monitor stock levels and inform the relevant department when products, spare parts, or packing materials require replenishment.
Maintain proper filing of delivery orders, goods received notes, stock transfer records, and other warehouse documents.
Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean, organised, secure, and safe at all times.
Handle products carefully and follow proper procedures when moving refrigerators, freezers, spare parts, and other company assets.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, only when authorised, trained, and properly licensed.
Comply with the company’s safety procedures, inventory-control policies, and applicable Malaysian occupational safety requirements.
Assist with loading, unloading, local deliveries, and collections when required.
Prevent unauthorised removal, misuse, or disposal of company inventory and immediately report any suspicious or irregular activity.
Perform any other warehouse, logistics, or operational duties reasonably assigned by the supervisor or management.
Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or cold-chain equipment experience is preferred.
Physically fit and able to handle loading, unloading, and movement of bulky products.
Honest, responsible, organised, and attentive to detail.
Able to work independently and cooperate effectively with other departments.
Forklift licence and valid Malaysian driving licence are an advantage.
