Job summary

Master Tec Wire & Cable Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead master planning and production control for wire and cable manufacturing. You will align capacity with demand, optimize material availability, and guide a high‑performing planning team to ensure on‑time delivery.

The role requires strong ERP/MRP experience, plus 5–8 years in production planning or PPC, with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Admin or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in production planning and control (PPC/PMC) in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Establish and update Master Production Schedule (MPS) from sales orders, forecasts, and capacity.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules across drawing, stranding, extrusion, laying‑up and armoring/sheathing.
• Manage inventory: safety stock, MOQ, reorder points for raw materials, WIP and FG, conduct audits and reconciliation.
