Job summary

The role involves preparing samples, maintaining stock records, and supporting the team in achieving monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports for management review.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team in achieving monthly sales targets through administrative and operational assistance.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product bundles, and marketing activities to improve sales performance.
• Update and maintain online product listings, including pricing, product information, and stock availability.
• Prepare product sample packs and coordinate sample requests for customers and sales representatives.
• Monitor sample inventory and ensure timely replenishment while maintaining accurate stock records.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets for sales data, stock movement, customer enquiries, and product distribution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional documents when required.
• Perform other administrative and marketing support duties assigned by the management.
