Job summary

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd is seeking a Product Development Executive to coordinate and implement end-to-end product development processes. The role involves market intelligence, regulatory compliance, and cross-department collaboration to ensure readiness for launches.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in actuarial studies and has at least 1 year of relevant experience, with preference for life insurance product marketing exposure. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and product development cycle with relevant departments to ensure readiness for launch.

To be actively involved in coordinating and implementing end-to-end process of product development.

Job Responsibility

Assist in coordinating projects / product development cycle with relevant departments to ensure readiness for launch.

Market intelligence, including research on industry trends, preparing detailed product comparison and identifying threats / opportunities on an on-going basis.

Assisting to ensure accuracy of all documents, & processes involved and their compliance to all relevant regulatory requirement.

Provide support to other departments on ad-hoc issues / problems solving.

Keep abreast of the market and regulatory development which may affect the business and compliance.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Actuarial field

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field and also open for fresh graduates.

Preferably with experience in product marketing for life insurance industry
