Job summary

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd. is seeking a dedicated candidate to support policy servicing with a focus on meeting service level agreements and regulatory compliance. The role involves maintaining SOPs, monitoring performance, and assisting in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements include a diploma or higher in any field, and 1 year of related experience or fresh graduates may apply. Location is in Kuala Lumpur with easy access to public facilities.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and is open for fresh graduates
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Policy Servicing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attend and handle daily activities outlined under Policy Servicing in accordance with the agreed service level.
• Ensure that all requests and enquiries are attended prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.
• To maintain SOP and Servicing Guideline with the objectives of improving standards and operational efficiency including updating and maintenance of SOP documentation arising from work process or other changes and to ensure the continued standard process.
• Support the Manager to continuously review process, identify and resolve service gaps through constructive feedback and implement improvement where appropriate.
• Undertake other work or duties and projects as and when required.
• Measure, track and monitor individual performance closely.
• Assist the Manager to carry out project or additional assignment.
