Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, monitor, and maintain development, testing, and production environments to ensure high availability, stability, and optimal system performance.

Design, develop, and implement new applications, system enhancements, and change requests in alignment with business and technical requirements.

Apply best practices in software testing, validation, and deployment, ensuring smooth release cycles across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production environments.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, resolving issues related to system functionality, performance, and user access.

Produce and maintain technical documentation, including system design, troubleshooting guides, and implementation notes to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality results.

Manage ensuring timely delivery within defined deadlines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Security, Audit, and Compliance) to ensure systems adhere to security standards, data protection policies, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in software development using the .NET framework, including C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and modern application architecture patterns.
