Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in learning & development, training coordination, HR, or capability management.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule capability development and training programmes for employees.
• Manage professional certification activities for marketing personnel.
• Act as the Secretariat for the Capability Development Steering Committee (CDSC).
• Coordinate and administer LNG training programmes involving global participants.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external parties for smooth execution.
• Maintain training records, certifications, reports, and related documentation.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for learning and capability projects.
