Job summary

Elsa Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Learning & Capability Executive to support the Marketing team in coordinating learning initiatives and training programmes. This 4-month contract role focuses on administration, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery of capability development.

You will manage certifications, maintain records, and liaise with internal teams and external partners. A strong background in L&D and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/Business Admin/Education or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in learning & development, training coordination, HR, or capability management.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience in oil & gas or corporate learning environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule capability development and training programmes for employees.
• Manage professional certification activities for marketing personnel.
• Act as the Secretariat for the Capability Development Steering Committee (CDSC).
• Coordinate and administer annual LNG training programmes involving global LNG participants.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives.
• Maintain training records, certifications, reports, and related documentation.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for learning and capability projects.
