About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Learning & Capability Executive to support our client's Marketing team in coordinating learning and capability development initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy training coordination, stakeholder engagement, and learning administration within a corporate environment.

Duration : 4 months

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule capability development and training programmes for employees.
• Manage professional certification activities for marketing personnel.
• Act as the Secretariat for the Capability Development Steering Committee (CDSC).
• Coordinate and administer annual LNG training programmes involving global LNG participants.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives.
• Maintain training records, certifications, reports, and related documentation.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for learning and capability projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in learning & development, training coordination, HR, or capability management.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience in the oil & gas or corporate learning environment will be an added advantage.
