Job summary

Powertechnic Handling Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive lead generation and brand awareness. You will manage inquiries from WhatsApp, email and calls, maintain CRM data and report on campaigns.

Responsibilities include website updates, Meta/Google Ads setup, budgeting, supplier coordination and event support. A Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business with 1–3 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and CRM.
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM retargeting.
• Website management: update product information, news, translations and marketing content.
• Update project handover and completed project information.
• Set up, monitor and report Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
• Support brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and assist with optimization.
• Marketing procurement & budget: execute and monitor budget; source quotes; manage PR, PO, invoices.
• Manage marketing materials and event logistics.
• Conduct market research on competitors, industry, customers and trends.

Strong communication, coordination and digital marketing skills.

Job Description

Manage leads from WhatsApp, email and calls.

Maintain CRM data, lead reports and follow-up status.

Support CRM re-targeting.

2. Website Management

Update product information, news, translations and marketing content.

Update project handover and completed project information.

Set up, monitor and report Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

Support brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.

Track campaign performance and assist with optimization.

4. Marketing Procurement & Budget

Execute marketing budget and monitor Actual vs Budget.

Source and compare minimum 3 quotations.

Manage PR, supplier forms, PO, DO, invoice and payment processes.

Manage brochures, flyers, booklets, free gifts and other marketing materials.

Monitor stock levels and forecast requirements based on upcoming activities.

6. Event Coordination

Coordinate pre-event preparation, purchasing, packing and logistics.

Assist with event delivery and setup.

Complete post-event inventory and payment documentation.

7. Market Research

Conduct research on *competitors, industry, customer segments, events and market trends.

Compile findings to support marketing planning.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

1–3 years of relevant marketing experience.

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and CRM.

Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and reporting skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
