• Plan and assist marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.
• Shoot and manage TikTok content; target at least 20 videos per week; manage social media content.
• Participate in events, food sampling, and brand activation activities; assist in planning company events and roadshows.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management and support cross-department collaboration.

Job description

1. Daily administrative & E-Commerce Tasks

Handle office paperwork and documentation including:

Sample request forms

Follow-up documentation and coordination

Coordinate with internal departments for daily operational matters.

Maintain proper filing and records for marketing activities.

2. Vending Machine Management

Monitor vending machine performance and troubleshoot basic machine errors.

Arrange and prepare stock for drivers to refill vending machines.

Coordinate vending machine refill schedules and stock planning.

Ensure vending machines are properly stocked and operating smoothly.

3. Marketing & Promotional Activities

Plan and organize food sampling schedules and activities.

Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.

Coordinate promotional materials and event preparation.

Support sales and marketing activities.

4. Content Creation & Social Media

Shoot and prepare TikTok content videos.

Achieve content target of at least 20 videos per week.

Assist in managing social media content and engagement.

Coordinate basic product photography and video shooting when required.

Assist in planning and coordinating company events, roadshows, and promotional activities.

Participate in events, food sampling, and brand activation activities.

Support event setup, coordination, and execution.

6. Other Duties

Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Contribute to team goals and support cross-department collaboration.
