Sayen Global Sdn Bhd in Penang invites a Marketing Executive to drive market research, customer development, and brand execution across Malay markets and new markets.

You will plan and manage monthly social media campaigns, craft promotional materials, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong brand presence.

Qualifications

Job description

Marketing Executive role focused on market research, customer development, and brand strategy execution across Malay markets and new market penetration.

Key responsibilities

Perform market research and analysis on market trends, products, and relevant information to develop in the current markets and to penetrate new markets

Study and research on Malay markets and update constantly on the market trends. Penetrate sales in Malay markets

Keep up to date with the current market environment

Develop, retain, and maintain new and existing customers

Implement creative communication messages to execute the brand strategy

Assist in implementing sales and marketing plans

Coordinate training, knowledge sharing, and practical demonstrations with customers

Work alongside with internal and external stakeholders on various marketing projects and campaigns

Plan, design and manage monthly social media marketing campaign. Manage and monitor company's social media for updates

Involved in the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, social media, and other marketing projects

Assist in preparing product leaflets and presentation slides, conduct interviews and gather testimonials for marketing purposed

Assist in other ad-hoc activities and any other duties and responsibilities as the Company may form time to time direct.
