O&O Auto Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing and communications team in Auto-City, Perai, Penang.

The role focuses on developing and executing targeted campaigns across email, digital, and traditional media to drive customer engagement and business growth. You will manage CRM systems, create compelling content, analyse performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in direct marketing, CRM management, or digital marketing (ideally 1-3 years in a marketing role).
• Strong proficiency with CRM software platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging marketing messages.
• Analytical mindset with competency in interpreting marketing data and generating actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry or B2C marketing is advantageous.

About the role

O&O Auto Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in Auto-City Perai, Penang, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the direct marketing and sector. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and contribute to the strategic objectives of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, digital, and traditional media platforms

Manage and optimise customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance customer engagement and retention

Create compelling marketing content and communications materials that resonate with target audiences

Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness

What we're looking for
