Job summary

O&O Auto Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing and communications team in Auto-City, Perai, Penang.

The role focuses on developing and executing targeted campaigns across email, digital, and traditional media to drive customer engagement and business growth. You will manage CRM systems, create compelling content, analyse performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in direct marketing, CRM management, or digital marketing (ideally 1-3 years in a marketing role).
• Strong proficiency with CRM software platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging marketing messages.
• Analytical mindset with competency in interpreting marketing data and generating actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry or B2C marketing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, digital, and traditional media platforms
• Manage and optimise customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance customer engagement and retention
• Create compelling marketing content and communications materials that resonate with target audiences
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business development
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches
• Monitor industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep the organisation competitive
