About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join the dynamic team at SPACE UP DESIGN SDN. BHD. in Alor Setar, Kedah. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance our brand presence in the market. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, managing campaigns and supporting the growth objectives of our organisation. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business success whilst developing your professional expertise in marketing communications.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print and social media platforms
• Create engaging marketing content, including copy, graphics and multimedia materials to support brand messaging
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement with target audiences
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing projects on time and within budget
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations and promotional materials
• Assist in organising and promoting company events, exhibitions and promotional activities
• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management systems
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications or a related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Experience with content creation and graphic design software (Adobe Suite or equivalent)
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Creativity and innovative thinking in developing marketing solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and familiarity with SEO and SEM is advantageous
• Experience in design industry marketing is preferred
