Private Advertiser is seeking a marketing professional to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels for industrial products. You will collaborate with engineering, production and sales to translate technical specs into compelling content and ensure consistent branding.

Responsibilities include managing product catalogues, digital presence, trade shows, market research, and supporting tender documents.

1. Integrated Marketing Campaigns (Digital & Traditional)

Plan and execute marketing activities to promote the Company’s manufacturing products and capabilities.

Support participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, industrial conferences, and customer engagement events (local and overseas if required).

Coordinate promotional activities such as product launches, factory visits, seminars, and roadshows.

Support advertising in industrial directories, trade magazines, and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google).

Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide basic reports on leads, enquiries, and marketing performance.

2. Product Marketing & Brand Communications

Prepare and maintain product catalogues, technical datasheets, brochures, company profile, and presentation materials.

Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Sales teams to understand product specifications and translate them into marketing content.

Ensure consistent use of corporate branding across all marketing materials.

Support development of product positioning, key selling points, and competitive advantages.

Assist in new product launches and updates of existing product lines.

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence Management

Manage and update company website content, product listings, and company announcements.

Assist in managing social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-related platforms).

Support basic digital marketing activities such as SEO, email marketing, and online campaigns targeting industrial customers.

Work with vendors or agencies for website maintenance, digital ads, and creative design when needed.

Monitor website traffic, enquiries, and online lead generation performance.

4. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct basic market research on competitors, industry trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

Identify new market opportunities, potential customers, and industry segments (local and export markets).

Collect and analyse customer feedback from Sales team and clients.

Prepare simple market reports for Management review.

Stay updated with industry developments (e.g., construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, OEM, manufacturing supply chain).

Support Sales team by preparing quotations support materials, product presentations, and marketing documents.

Assist in preparing tender documents, pre-qualification documents (if applicable), and corporate submissions.

Develop customer case studies, project references, and success stories.

Coordinate customer visits, factory tours, and technical presentations.

Support customer enquiries by providing product information and marketing materials.

6. Team Capability Development & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, and QA teams to ensure accurate product communication.

Participate in internal meetings to understand product updates and market requirements.

Continuously improve knowledge of industrial products and manufacturing processes.

Contribute ideas to improve marketing materials, processes, and lead generation effectiveness.

Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
