Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the Company's products and services.
• Create, manage, and update marketing content for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate and execute digital marketing activities, including social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for Management.
• Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Liaise with external vendors, agencies, designers, printers, and other service providers for marketing-related projects.
• Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, banners, videos, and corporate profiles.
• Maintain and enhance the Company's brand image and ensure consistency in all marketing communications.
• Generate and follow up on marketing leads to support sales and business development activities.
• Manage and monitor the Company's social media platforms and online presence.
• Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
• Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives when required.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent is an added advantage.
