Alpaca Connect in Johor Bahru is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies across digital channels, social media, websites, and promotional materials.

The role involves market research, content creation, campaign analysis, event coordination, and collaboration with vendors, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor degree in marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of digital platforms and social media management.
• Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage.

• Create, manage, and update marketing content for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate and execute digital marketing activities, including social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for Management.
• Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Liaise with external vendors, agencies, designers, printers, and other service providers for marketing-related projects.
• Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, banners, videos, and corporate profiles.
• Maintain and enhance the Company's brand image and ensure consistency in all marketing communications.
• Generate and follow up on marketing leads to support sales and business development activities.
• Manage and monitor the Company's social media platforms and online presence.
• Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
• Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives when required.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
