Krubong Recovery Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing/BD professional to coordinate shipments, support customers, and manage sales documentation. The role interfaces with forwarders, customers, and government authorities to ensure smooth procedures.

The candidate will handle sales orders, invoices, and weekly reporting, while addressing customer inquiries and coordinating with Marketing and Logistics. English, Malay, and Mandarin are required with Japanese a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in Marketing/Business Development.
• Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting system.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin; Japanese is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with forwarder, customers, and government authorities on shipment procedures.
• Manage shipment operations including import/export customer service.
• Follow up on sales activities and schedules.
• Issue Sales Order/ Sales Instruction and Invoice.
• Compile and monitor weekly reports.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Interface between customers, marketing and Logistics Department on needs.
• Monitor delivery schedule with Logistics team.

To work closely with the forwarder, customers, and relevant government authorities for shipment procedures.

Manage and handle shipment operation includes import, export customer service etc.

To follow up on sales activities and schedules.

To issue Sales Order/ Sales Instruction and Invoice

Compile and monitor weekly report

To handle and solve customer complaints.

Interface between customers, marketing team & Logistics Department on customer needs and requirements

Monitor delivery schedule with Logistic team.

Requirement:

The candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Marketing or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent.

Atleast 2 years working experience in Marketing/ Business Development field.

Possess knowledge in AutoCount Accounting system.

Language: Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandariin. Competency in Japanese language is an added advantage.
