Job summary

Shan Poornam Metals Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Sales/Marketing Support professional to manage daily sales and marketing activities, including customer relationship management, quotations, order processing, shipment coordination and payment collection. The role aims to achieve sales objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields with 2–3 years’ relevant experience,

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Sales or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service or Sales Administration
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Negotiation skills and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and time management
• Initiative and proactive attitude with ability to work independently
• Integrity and professionalism
• Experience in manufacturing or B2B environment is preferred
• Experience in aluminium, metal, die-casting or related manufacturing industries is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations accurately and within the required timeframe
• Follow up quotations and customer enquiries to secure orders
• Negotiate with customers within the approved pricing and commercial guidelines
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers
• Respond to customer enquiries, requests and feedback promptly
• Coordinate customer orders with Production, Shipping, Warehouse and other relevant departments
• Follow up overdue payments through email, telephone, WhatsApp or other appropriate channels
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, customer orders, sales activities and related documents
• Receive and coordinate customer complaints with the relevant departments
• Achieve assigned sales and business development objectives

Job description
