Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Mobility: valid driving license and own transport; willingness to travel for events and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing trade shows, local pop-up activations, and direct-to-consumer events.
• Manage event logistics, RSVP tracking, vendor liaisons, and on-site setup/dismantling.
• Coordinate sample inventory and promotional materials required for events and marketing campaigns.
• Handle day-to-day office management tasks, contract management, and budget tracking for the department.
• Serve as a point of contact for supplier liaisons and maintain database entries.
• Support marketing workflow management, take meeting notes, and provide administrative backing to the wider team.

We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for aproactive, creative and organised Marketing Assistant to support our marketing campaigns, administrative tasks and events.
