Job summary

Avant Pet Resources Sdn Bhd in Rawang, Selangor, is seeking an Admin Executive to join our team. This full-time role will handle sales orders, liaise with internal departments and external partners, and prepare invoices and delivery documents.

The ideal candidate has at least a secondary level qualification, 2+ years in admin or sales support, and good English and Malay communication. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Process and verify sales orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare proforma invoices, delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Data entry into the system with proper documentation and filing.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.

About the role:
We are looking for active and motivated candidates for the position of Admin Executive at AVANT PET RESOURCES SDN. BHD. This full-time position is based in Rawang Integrated Industrial Park (HQ), Selangor.

What this job entails:

Process and verify sales orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Finance, etc.) and external parties (customers, suppliers, transporters) to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

Prepare proforma invoices, delivery orders, invoices, and other related sales documents.

Perform accurate data entry into the system and ensure proper documentation and filing of all records.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and coordination of sales activities.

Job requirements:

Candidate to possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, or Diploma in any discipline.

Minimum of 2 Years working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.

Required Skill(s): Willing to learn, independent, responsible, resourceful, and punctual at work.

Possess relevant experience in social media or e-commerce platform such as Shopee / Lazada is an added advantage.

Able to communicate in English & Malay – written and verbal. Mandarin speaker & Cantonese will be added advantage.

5-day work week (Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
