Job summary

PLC Pet Lovers Centre Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a marketing professional to develop and drive strategies resonating with our audience and boosting demand for products. You will lead campaigns, nurture VIP loyalty initiatives, and coordinate with suppliers and partners for co-marketing at store outlets.

The role collaborates with internal teams and external agencies to execute in-store POSMs, eDMs, and KOL partnerships, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably retail.
• Proven ability to liaise with external agencies and third-party vendors.
• Strong focus on results, organization, and meticulous planning.
• Self-motivated with high initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across staff at all levels.
• Proactive, driven, and hands-on in marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• 1. Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and bolster demand for our products.
• 2. Innovate and drive campaigns or activities to fortify our VIP membership loyalty program.
• 3. Collaborate with internal teams that works with suppliers and partners to optimize co-marketing opportunities at our store outlets.
• 4. Oversee and manage relationships with local suppliers to ensure timely delivery and implementation of events and marketing activities.
• 5. Develop and maintain partnerships with PLC partners, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships.
• 6. Communications Support:
• a. Manage and coordinate in-store POSMs (Point of Sale Materials).
• b. Plan and distribute eDM (electronic Direct Mail).
• c. Collaborate with digital marketing agency to implement digital marketing strategies.
• d. Collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for promotional activities and campaigns.

Requirements

• 1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to those in the retail industry.
• 2. Demonstrable success in liaising with external stakeholders, particularly with agency & 3rd party vendors.
• 3. Result-oriented, organized, and meticulous with a proven track record in problem-solving.
• 4. Self-starter with high initiative, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
• 5. Strong team player with exemplary communication skills, capable of collaborating with staff at all levels.
• 6. Proactive, driven, and resourceful with a hands-on approach to tasks.
