Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital and offline channels.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and periodic performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, CLV, and ROI.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and purchase patterns.
• Support development of customer personas and targeting strategies.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and risks.
• Track and evaluate marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, search, and website.
• Perform A/B testing analysis and recommend optimization strategies.
• Measure attribution and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources including CRM, Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and sales systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Create visual reports and presentations for management reviews.
