Job summary

Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad is seeking an experienced Head of Analytics to lead the marketing analytics program.

You will drive analytical roadmaps and metrics using SAS, Qliksense and Power BI, manage a team of analysts, and partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and decision making. This role focuses on marketing analytics, underwriting and management insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2:1 or Masters in a quantitative field.
Extensive experience in operations, MIS, systems management, and banking/insurance marketing.
9+ years in-depth managerial experience in banking, focused on marketing, finance, and credit exposure.
Awareness of consumer and commercial products and market trends.
Experience with SAS, R, Hadoop, and Qliksense; knowledge of analytics deployment.

Responsibilities

Drive analytical roadmaps and metrics for the marketing team using SAS, Qliksense and Power BI.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to guide marketing analytics strategy.
Perform data mining and correlation analysis to identify marketing opportunities.
Lead a team of analysts in interpreting data for forecasting and management reporting.
Promote data-driven marketing through self-service analytics platforms.
