Job summary

Zhong Ma Equipment Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a diligent Marketing Administration Assistant to support quotations, sales confirmations and weekly reporting. You will assist with invoicing, order processing and coordinating between branches and customers.

The role involves handling vehicle sales processes from booking to delivery and post-delivery updates, updating fixed asset records, and preparing documents for inspection and bank submission.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting quotations and sales confirmations.
• Experience handling invoicing and order processing is preferred.
• Solid data entry and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quotations and sales confirmations for customers.
• Prepare and update weekly sales reports and quotation summaries.
• Involve in vehicle sales process including booking, inspection, registration, delivery and post-delivery updates.
• Prepare acknowledgement of receipt for documents submitted for Puspakom inspection and for branches/bank.
• Issue and posting of delivery orders, sales invoices, journal vouchers, credit/debit notes, and update fixed assets records.

Job description

To assist in quotations/sales confirmation preparation to customers.

To prepare and update weekly sales report, quotation summary and any other reports required for meeting purposes.

To involve in process of vehicle sales including booking, vehicle inspection, registration, delivery and post-delivery update.

Prepare acknowledgement of receipt for all documents submitted to runner for Puspakom inspection purposes and to branches/bank.

Issue and posting delivery order, sales invoice, internal purchase invoice, journal voucher, credit note, debit note, temporary receipt and update fixed assets record.
