Job summary

Zhong Ma Equipment Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Product Support professional to deliver machines to customer sites, manage delivery documentation, and provide training as needed. The role includes after-sales support, handling complaints, preliminary investigations, and reporting.

You will also perform courtesy follow-ups and visits to customers, while gathering market information during site visits and travel when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or after-sales support.
• Ability to handle complaints and reports efficiently.
• Proficient in documenting processes and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver machines to customers' sites and handle delivery processes and documentation.
• Provide after-sales support, including investigations and rectification where possible.
• Offer customer care through courtesy follow-ups and site visits.
• Gather market and competitors' information during customer/site visits.
