Job summary

KLINIK PERGIGIAN SYARIFAH is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to plan and execute monthly campaigns for the clinic. You will manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, run paid ads, monitor performance, and optimise ROAS.

Collaborate with dentists and clinic teams to align branding with campaigns, conduct market research, and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Plan, create and manage content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp.
• Plan, set up, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
• Monitor advertising performance including reach, impressions, engagement, leads, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copywriting, target audience and campaign settings to improve advertising performance.
• Manage and allocate advertising budget according to campaign objectives and business priorities.
• Develop effective ad creatives, copywriting and promotional messages for different target audiences.
• Monitor and analyse campaign results and provide recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
• Generate and monitor leads from advertising campaigns and coordinate with the relevant team for follow-up.
• Plan and execute marketing events, roadshows, collaborations and promotional activations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with dentists, clinic teams and internal departments to support marketing and promotional activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing and advertising performance reports for management review.
• Ensure all marketing activities and advertisements comply with company branding, guidelines and applicable requirements.
• Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Top Management from time to time
