Job description

• Plan, manage, and execute social media content and campaigns across various platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement. Produce engaging marketing materials, including social media posts, visuals, and short-form videos.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns, including monitoring campaign performance, analysing results, and providing insights for improvement.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to support business and marketing objectives.
• Analyse campaign and social media performance, identify key insights, and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, social media trends, and emerging digital marketing tools.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Creative thinking with ability to generate fresh ideas and campaigns.
• Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools) are an added advantage.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
