J&T Express Malaysia is seeking a Market Research Data Analysis Specialist to turn monthly market data into reliable insights for management. You will combine data analysis with external information gathering to shape business decisions and reports.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Logistics, or Data Analytics, plus 3+ years in data/market analysis within logistics or e‑commerce. Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of BI tools or Python, is a strong plus.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, market research or logistics/e‑commerce.
• Strong initiative in external information collection with documented verification processes.

Aufgaben

• Organize, clean, model, validate, and analyze monthly market research data for insights.
• Produce data sets and actionable insights for management and monthly reports.
• Perform anomaly checks: missing values, duplicates, formula errors, abnormal ratios.
• Deliver outputs such as platform trend changes and executive summaries.
• Collect and verify external market information to support monthly reports.
• Liaise with external contacts to gather market data monthly and confirm anomalies.
