J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR Business Partner (Human Capital Metrics) in Kuala Lumpur. The role provides strategic HR expertise and supports business decisions with data-driven insights.

Based in KL Eco City, you will monitor HR metrics, perform data analysis, and support AI-driven automation and data validation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HRBP, Business Analytics, or related analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Outgoing and able to communicate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, formulas, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily HR metrics, including headcount forecasting, HRIS utilization rate, Solidification Namelist, and People Data validation for Finance Cost Reports.
• Review and analyze weekly HR and Operations meeting reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Perform employment category segmentation and workforce data analysis.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain manpower planning and analysis reports.
• Support ad-hoc projects such as AI Driven automation and data validation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing team at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. as an HR Business Partner (Human Capital Metrics). In this full-time position based in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR expertise and support to our business.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze daily HR metrics, including headcount forecasting, HRIS utilization rate, Solidification Namelist, and People Data validation for Finance Cost Reports.

Requirements

Knowledge of Python, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an added advantage.

Data analysis experience is a plus.

Familiarity with AI-based work models is an advantage.
