Job summary

J&T Express Malaysia is seeking motivated graduates for the Management Trainee Programme – Operations Management. The programme blends structured training, rotations and hands-on project exposure to build capabilities in operations planning, data analysis and on-site management.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with CGPA ≥ 3.50, are up to 2 years post-graduation, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel; Power BI/SQL a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with CGPA ≥ 3.5; disciplines preferred include Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end operational processes through on-site learning.
• Complete rotation tasks, learning objectives and project reports.
• Collect, organise and analyse operational data.
• Support SOP, productivity and quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify operational issues and propose practical improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key projects.
• Present learning outcomes and project progress to management regularly.
