Job summary

TE Connectivity Manufacturing Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Analyst to provide analytical and operational support for material and finished goods movement across the supply chain. You will monitor logistics performance, support import/export activities, and coordinate with logistics partners to improve lead times and service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics or related field, a minimum of 3 years of logistics experience, and proficiency in Excel plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related function.
• Hands-on knowledge of shipment coordination, import/export processes, and customs procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly operational and financial reports with key logistics performance metrics.
• Monitor carrier performance and address service-related issues to maintain service levels.
• Analyse logistics and process flow to track lead times and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate ground, air, and ocean freight transportation to support supply chain needs.
• Support warehousing and finished goods logistics for timely product movement.
• Handle import/export shipments and coordinate shipping and customs requirements.
• Support customs-related activities with customs agents to ensure smooth clearance.
• Handle logistics-related billing and documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, carriers, and 3PL providers.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve logistics/shipment issues.
