PHHP Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Market Development Lead to drive growth by empowering distributors, expanding networks, and seizing new business opportunities. You will plan strategic initiatives, strengthen distributor engagement, and coach leaders to deliver sustainable sales.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in market development or direct selling; proficiency with AI-powered marketing tools; you will monitor trends, prepare reports, and coordinate product

Responsible for driving business growth and market expansion by supporting and empowering distributors to expand their networks and develop new business opportunities. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate existing and new markets, strengthen distributor engagement, identify growth opportunities, and drive sustainable sales and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with key leaders and distributors to strengthen their engagement, loyalty, and commitment to the company.

Work closely with leaders to understand their business needs, challenges, and market conditions, and provide appropriate support and solutions to drive business growth.

Closely monitor and evaluate the performance, productivity, and business activities of leaders and distributors, and provide timely follow-up and action plans to support the achievement of company objectives.

Develop and implement market development strategies and initiatives to support leaders in expanding their networks, strengthening market presence, and improving sales performance.

Conduct and facilitate regular marketing plan training, coaching, and sharing sessions to enhance leaders' understanding and effective application of the company's marketing plans.

Provide practical coaching and guidance to leaders on business development strategies, distributor engagement, network expansion, and effective market activation.

Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's market presence across both Chinese and Bumi markets.

Plan, coordinate, and execute market development activities, field visits, business meetings, networking sessions, and other initiatives to support leaders and drive business growth.

Lead and coordinate new product launches, including product training, health sharing, and market support activities.

Prepare regular reports on leaders' performance, market development activities, business progress, and key market insights for management review.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in market development, sales, marketing, or a related role.

Proven track record and solid working experience in the direct selling industry.

Experience using AI-powered and digital marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc) to support market development, marketing campaigns, training materials, and field activities.

Ability to leverage AI tools to develop marketing content, presentation materials, product sharing materials, and communication resources to support leaders and distributors.

Familiarity with using digital tools and analytics to monitor market trends, distributor engagement, campaign performance, and identify potential business opportunities.
