Business Development Executive (Direct Selling / MLM / Field Sales)

Sunrider is a global company and a recognized leader in herbal nutrition, health, and wellness that operates in more than 50 countries and regions. We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in Direct Selling, MLM, Network Marketing, Insurance, or FMCG Salesto drive distributor growth and field performance

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with Independent Business Owners (IBOs), distributors, and sales leaders to support sales activities, training, and business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Supportfield sales, distributor management, and business development activities

Plan and executesales training, seminars, workshops, and product promotions

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and sales leaders

Participate in roadshows, trade fairs, conventions, and sales events

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering

Drives sales growth, distributor engagement, and retention strategies

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field

Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales / Business Development / MLM / Direct Selling / Insurance / FMCG

Experience in Key Account Management, Distributor Management, or Field Sales is an advantage

Strong skills in sales, communication, and relationship management

Proficient in Chinese (as key target group are Chinese speaking), English, and Bahasa Malaysia

Willing to travel, attend events, and work weekends/public holidays when required

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools for training, communication, and engagement.
