Job summary

Thien Long Group Official is seeking a results-oriented sales and market development professional in Kuala Lumpur. You will prepare distributor purchase and sell-out plans, develop new customers and channels, and coordinate branding and promotions with Marketing to execute in-market activities.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales or market development, willingness to travel internationally, and strong integrity to meet challenging targets during a fast-paced workweek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business.
• At least 2 years of sales, import-export, or market development experience.
• Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Prepare distributor purchase and sales plans and market sell-out plans.
• Develop new customers, channels, products, and distribution targets.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop branding and promotions and execute with in-market staff.
• Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure timely support and guidance from management.

Job description

• Prepare distributor purchase sales plans and market sell-out sales plans.
• Develop new customers, new sales channels, new products and distribution coverage targets.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department to develop branding and promotion activities for the market, and work with in-market staff for execution.
• Conduct market research and propose improvements to enhance business performance; provide timely updates on competitors’ sales activities.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
• Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on assigned, ad hoc, and urgent tasks to ensure timely support and guidance from management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, import-export, or market development.
• Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
