A leading company in marketing seeks an Assistant Marketing Manager in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves supporting the Head of Marketing in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing marketing performance. The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B or FMCG marketing. This role will support the Head ofMarketing for the development and execution of highly effective marketing plans to achieve relevant targets for profitability, growth, innovation and brand presence across Southeast Asia markets. Key responsibilities include:-
Develop an integrated view of key business drivers, incorporating all aspects of marketing/ business and Implementation of marketing plans (including activation) focusing:
Commercial, Customers and Financial Planning
Marketing Planning
Learning and Growth
Learn by tracking and analysing promotion and campaign performance versus plans, benchmark executions from other markets. Be involved in short term tactical planning to meet monthly sales target as well as a long-term approach to implement the global strategy in our market.
