Responsibilities

• Assist Technical Superintendent in preparing Authorisation for Expenditure based on Work Breakdown Structure.
• Coordinate with AP team and vendors on advance and milestone payments.
• Plan and track spares and equipment required for drydock.
• Maintain drydock documentation and Save files in SharePoint.
• Monitor VOE trends and assist monthly accruals review for technical VOE.
