Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Maritime Studies preferred.
• Experience coordinating with AP teams and vendors.
• Exposure to drydock operations and vessel expenditure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Authorisation for Expenditure preparation for drydock.
• Coordinate payments with AP team and vendors.
• Plan spares and equipment for drydock.
• Update shipment monitoring and timesheet verification.
• Track VOE trends and monthly accruals.
• Maintain vessel compliance documentation and certificates.
• Prepare purchase orders and process non-PO transactions.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations and asset management.
