Job summary

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA seeks a motivated Supply Coordinator Intern for our Kuala Lumpur office. You will support onboarding of service providers, extract key SOP requirements, and translate them into a local-language Q&A learning module, while compiling country-level operations to aid MSS tasks.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and practical exposure to local regulatory and logistics processes, with access to an international work environment and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduates and priority to Final year students in Business Studies/Admin/Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Self-starter with a passion for learning, creative and analytical mindset.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in SP SOP familiarization and create Q&A e-learning in local language.
• Compile local country operations information to support MSS and SP task execution.
• Document processes like customs clearance and provide local authority references.
