Job summary

MHA Resources in Malaysia is seeking a reliable Software Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers using HRMS, Accounting and ERP solutions. You will manage support cases from initial enquiry through to resolution, ensuring customers receive clear, timely and professional assistance.

Key duties include responding via phone, WhatsApp, email, remote and on-site sessions; owning support cases until resolution; performing full system setup; conducting training and onboarding;

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/BIS or related field.
• 2–3 years solid experience in software support, application support, IT helpdesk or customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple support cases.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Patient, customer-focused and composed when handling difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, remote and on site support sessions.
• Take ownership of support cases and follow through until they are resolved.
• Perform full system setup of HRMS/Payroll/Accounting Software purchased by Clients.
• Conduct training and onboarding.
• Maintain proper records on project documentation and timelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist Commercial Team during technical discussions with Clients.
