Job summary

SL Information Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Application Helpdesk (ERP) specialist based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will join the IT Support team to assist users of the ERP software, resolving issues and providing guidance on system features.

The role involves 1st/2nd line support, troubleshooting, documenting inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth user experience. 2–3 years of IT helpdesk or application support experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk or application support.
• Familiarity with ERP system, preferably in vendor environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective user support.
• Ability to document support activities and report on performance metrics.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies.

About the role

This is a full-time position as an Application Helpdesk (ERP) based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will be part of the IT Support team at SL Information Solutions Sdn Bhd, providing technical assistance and resolving issues for users of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
