Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Marine Crewing Planner to oversee crew planning, changes, and compliance for our vessels. You will coordinate with seafarers, agents, and masters to ensure proper manning and smooth crew moves.

Strong organization, English communication, and familiarity with maritime certificates are essential. Fresh graduates welcome; diploma or degree in Maritime Management or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Management, Business/Management, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in crewing management or maritime operations (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Good written and oral communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with PLKS application is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Crew planning and management for vessels, ensuring proper manning levels.
• Coordinate crew changes, verify certification validity and training requirements.
• Coordinate travel, visas, permits, and accommodation for crew movements.
• Maintain crew records, prepare reports, and assist crewing manager with admin tasks.
