Job summary

Compiling SOF and vessel feedback from OVID, Class, and PHI inspection findings lists. SOF from vessel is to be kept on the server/cloud storage for reference.

Checking VDR on daily basis and monitor and track food provision status, certificate expire and alert Marine Supt/ Technical Supt.

Monitoring and maintaining vessel certificates to ensure they are in good order, remain valid, and do not expire

Checking and updating certificate matrix as to ensure tally with the physical certificate onboard.

Checking and monitor fuel consumption on daily basis and e-mail vessel reminder.

Work with HSSE and other operation/ technical/crewing/vessel team assist to compile vessel SMS monthly report to be kept in server/ cloud storage.

Assist Operation/ Technical/ HSSE for DOC audit, OVMSA audit in compiling report from vessel.

Assist Fleet Manager to prepare report for DOC audit, OVMSA audit.

Assist Fleet Manager to keep other record up-to-date – fleet utilization, monthly maintenance program record.

Attend various meeting with client, 3rd parties and authorities for vessel related matters.

Carry out Ship Inspection Visit/Roving as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum Degree in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Diploma is acceptable with experience as seafarer.

Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in marine, offshore, shipping, oil & gas or vessel operations.

Candidates with experience in OSV operations, AHTS, PSV, DP vessels, offshore support operations or marine logistics will have an advantage.

Strong persuasion and communication skills.

Ability to deal with people at all levels.

A safety upholder and well verse in Oil Majors' HSE requirements.

Knowledge in ISM, ISPS and MLC standards.
