Qualifications

• 1–3 years of oil & gas industry experience with crew coordination or scheduling.
• Experience ensuring crew documentation compliance and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew schedules, rotations, and deployment plans.
• Maintain records of certifications, medical clearances and compliance.
• Communicate with crew, management and stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor crew welfare and ensure maritime safety regulations compliance.
• Assist in coordinating crew training, inductions and onboarding processes.
• Handle inquiries and provide administrative support regarding employment and procedures.
