Job summary

Jora Malaysia is recruiting for an Operations Clerk to support daily shipping activities in Malaysia. You will monitor emails, prepare NOA and invoices, and update vessel schedules, ensuring all documents are in order. The role requires meticulous filing and coordination with consignee and forwarding agents.

Compensation and benefits are standard for the role; we welcome applicants in Penang, George Town area. Training and supervision will be provided as part of a small operations team.

Qualifications

• Monitor and respond to daily operational emails.
• Prepare and send Notice of Arrival (NOA) and invoices to consignee / forwarding agents.
• Monitor and update vessel schedule to all concern parties.
• Handle cargo release and ensure all required documents are in order.
• Open and maintain a file for each vessel.
• Ensure all vessel-related documents are properly filed and updated.
• Assist with other operations and administrative duties as assigned.
