Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an operations coordinator to manage crew changes, including transport, immigration and port arrangements, and to support bunker operations as required.

You will liaise with port authorities and vessel crews, communicate in Malay and English (Chinese is an advantage), and be prepared to work flexible hours to align with vessel arrivals.

Prior shipping or port experience is an advantage and training will be provided.

• Must be highly responsible, punctual and responsive to calls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew change, including transport, immigration and port arrangements.
• Coordinate bunker operations and attend vessel when required.
