Job summary

Jstar Motion Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader for its Kulai, Johor facility. The role focuses on leading production operators to meet daily targets with emphasis on quality and productivity, manpower allocation, and shift planning.

The candidate should have a minimum of SPM/STPM or Diploma and at least 2 years in a manufacturing leadership role, with willingness to work in a non-air-conditioned environment and a shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification SPM, STPM or Diploma & above.
• 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry as leader.
• Willing to work in an environment with no air-con.
• Be capable of leading and directing a team of operators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper manpower allocation and shift planning.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.

Job description

We are a multi-national company involved developing, manufacturing and marketing for intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire for Manufacturing Team Leader.

You will play an important role in:

Lead and supervise production operators so that each member of the production to achieve daily production targets and maximize quality and productivity.

Ensure proper manpower allocation and shift planning.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.

Provide guidance, training, and support to production staff.

Ensure proper documentation of production records and reports.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S practices.

To execute any jobs as assigned by superior when deemed necessary.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have

Minimum qualification SPM, STPM or Diploma & above.

2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry as leader

Willing to work in an environment with no air-con

Be capable of leading and directing a team of operators.

Willing to work in shift environment

Self-starter, and fast leaner

Be able to work with minimum supervision
