Job summary

Jstar Motion Sdn. Bhd, Kulai, Johor, invites applications for a QA/QC Supervisor to lead QC operators and ensure adherence to procedures and work instructions. The role focuses on inspecting materials, in-process items, and finished goods to meet quality standards and customer specs.

Candidate should have at least a Diploma or SPM, strong MS Excel/MS Office skills, and 2+ years in QA/QC. A supportive team environment with transport allowance and parking is provided.

Qualifications

• Possess at least SPM or Diploma.
• MS Excel and MS Office skills, plus QC problem solving tools.
• At least 2 years of experience as QC Supervisor or in QA/QC field.
• Good working attitude and reliable personality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC operators and ensure smooth QC activities.
• Ensure operators follow procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate inspectors for incoming, in-process and finished products inspection.
• Identify and detect inappropriate products.
• Monitor testing per work instructions and timeliness.
• Handle work arrangement, coordination, reporting, and monitoring of production.

We are a multi-national company involved developing, manufacturing and marketing for intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire for QA/QC Supervisor .

You will play an important role in:

To manage the QC operators and ensure smooth operations of QC activities. To ensure QC operators are following procedures and Work Instruction established.

Supervises and coordinates activities of inspectors engaged in inspecting incoming materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.

Responsible for controlling identifying and detecting inappropriate products.

To monitor and ensure that testing is conducted in accordance to work instructions and on timely basis.

Responsible for the work arrangement, coordination, handling, and reporting.

Monitoring and inspection of production process

What we're looking for

Possess at least SPM or Diploma.

MS Excel, MS Office, QC Problem Solving Tools.

At least 2 years of working experience as QC Supervisor or QA/QC field is required.

Good working attitude, reliable personality.
