Job summary

Jstar Motion Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader for its Kulai, Johor facility. The role focuses on leading production operators to meet daily targets with emphasis on quality and productivity, manpower allocation, and shift planning.

The candidate should have a minimum of SPM/STPM or Diploma and at least 2 years in a manufacturing leadership role, with willingness to work in a non-air-conditioned environment and a shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification SPM, STPM or Diploma & above.
• 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry as leader.
• Willing to work in an environment with no air-con.
• Be capable of leading and directing a team of operators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production operators to achieve daily production targets and maximize quality and productivity.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and shift planning.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to production staff.
• Ensure proper documentation of production records and reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S practices.
