• Basic understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks, lift items, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Ability to work shift work, including potential overtime when required.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or assembly sector would be advantageous.
